With strong regional positions, Carrefour
achieved positive results in 2015, rewarding
the price repositioning and renovation efforts
undertaken over the last two years. Carrefour
teamsboostedtheGroup’smulti-formatprofile,
particularly through the transformation of
the Billa and Il Centro stores acquired in 2014.
In 2015, a large renovation programme con-
tinued in Express convenience stores trans-
formed with the
Tutto e Subito
concept, and in
supermarketswheretheGourmetandAttraction
concepts were rolled out to nearly 15 stores.
Customers at the Carugate hypermarket in
Lombardy (the first Carrefour store opened in
Italy) have, since its reopening, been able to

name from the eponymous brand of regional
