“We hereby certify, having taken all reasonable measures to this end, that the information contained in this Registration Document is, to the best of
our knowledge, true and correct, and that there are no omissions that could alter its scope.
We hereby certify that, to the best of our knowledge, the Financial Statements were prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards
and give a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, financial situation and income of the Company and of all the consolidated companies, and
that the attached management report gives a true and fair view of the changes in the business, results and financial situation of the Company and
of all the consolidated companies, as well as a description of the main risks and uncertainties to which they are subject.
We have obtained a letter from the Statutory Auditors stating that they have completed their assignment, which included checking the information
concerning the financial situation and the Financial Statements provided in this document and reading the entire document.
The historical financial information presented in the Registration Document has been subjected to the Statutory Auditors’ reports, which contain
the following observation on page 211:
“Without qualifying our opinion, we draw your attention to the matters set out in notes 1.2 and 4.1 to the consolidated financial statements which
expose the first application as of January 1
