Board of
Directors
The Carrefour Foundation
is administered by a nine-member
Board of Directors made up
of five qualified public figures,
three members representing
the founders, and a staff
representative.
The Board of Directors meets
three times a year and determines
the main orientations of the
Foundation’s activities, validates
the budget and oversees its
execution.
Two newmembers have joined
the Board: in February 2015,
Xavier Fontanet, who is very involved
with entrepreneurship by young
people, and, at the beginning
of 2016, Jean-Michel Severino,
whose experience will be valuable
for the Carrefour Foundation’s
international projects.
