CFM Indosuez Wealth Management Annual Report 2022 40 STATUTORY AUDITORS (RESOLUTION NO. 6) A new body of Statutory Auditors is to be appointed. The Board of Directors proposes the appointment of the following Statutory Auditors: - Mr Frank Vanhal and - Mr François Brych And Ms Sandrine Arcin as alternate Statutory Auditor. All three are members of the Principality's Order of Chartered Accountants and will be appointed for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 financial years. Mr Vanhal, Mr Brych and Mss Arcin, who were not present at the meeting, nevertheless indicated their acceptance of the duties conferred upon them, subject to their appointment, and also declared that they were not affected by any of the incompatibilities provided for by law.
