Management System (SMS) is under ownership of each Affiliate Organisation (Company) and
forms part of the BOURBON Quality Management System (QMS.). The SMS is approved and updated in
accordance with the best practices of Quality Management Principals and the requirements of the QMS.
This specification describes the structure of the SMS. The Affiliate QHSE Manager has the authority,
responsibility and accountability to request applicable BOURBON Process Owners to develop documents
that
shall
meet the requirements of the
OSM Guidelines
.
BOURBON policies issued by Corporate Organisation
shall
be applicable at the Affiliate Organisation level
and
shall
form an integral part of this Safety Management System.
