141 7.5 OTHER EMPLOYEE BENEFITS In France and Monaco, the Group’s main entities pay long service award bonuses. Amounts vary according to standard practice and collective bargaining agreements in effect. The provisions established by CFM Indosuez Wealth Group for these other employee benefits amounted to €1,306,000 as of 31 December 2021.
