128 7.5 OTHER EMPLOYEE BENEFITS In France and Monaco, the Group’s main entities pay long service award bonuses. Amounts vary according to standard practice and collective bargaining agreements in effect. The provisions established by CFM Indosuez Wealth Group for these other employee benefits totalled €1,364,000 as of 31 December 2020. In accordance with Crédit Agricole Group, CFM Indosuez Wealth has chosen to apply the exemptions allowed under IFRS 16 and not to recognise the right-of-use asset or the lease liability on these contracts in the balance sheet.
